SSK Architects have been asked to design a shisha lounge at the rear of a Turkish restaurant.
Initial design meetings and consultations have taken place and many issues need to be considered from a planning point of view to gain approval.
Ventilation, noise and vehicle access need to all be considered and clearly thought out with notes and diagrams. We have also informed the client that separate specialist disciplines would need to be involved to carry out their own reports regarding noise and ventilation.
This can be a difficult issue and needs to be done correctly to achieve full planning approval. However, we feel that by seeing the site and its location to its residential and commercial premises nearby that planning approval can be achieved with a fully detailed set of drawings which cover all bases.
